Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

• Certain designs may be temporarily out of stock and available on a made-to-order basis.
• Such orders are carefully handcrafted and require 15–20 working days for production and dispatch.
• Customers will be notified if their order falls under this category.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business days only (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided where applicable.
